Senior Backend Developer (focus PHP) - (m/f/d)

The specific tasks vary from project to project, of course: we develop classic web applications with Java, PHP and JavaScript frameworks as well as solutions for special requirements in the video/broadcast environment. Apps are not our main focus but are sometimes implemented as part of larger projects. We use the papaya CMS developed by us as well as other open-source CMS, frameworks and libraries. Even though everyone in our development team has their focus (Java, PHP, Angular, React), most of them have additional language skills or experience with other technologies as well. This is often helpful in projects and provides variety - if you like. (We don't expect everyone to be able to do everything, we don't call our employees ninja developers to then assign them tasks for three people...). Ultimately, we are looking for good developers. We firmly believe that experience with a certain language is certainly important and relevant - but ultimately it comes down to the ability to understand complex problems, break them down into their logical components and translate them into program code. Those who can and want to do this are in the right place.
