Qvest implements advanced media technology concept for novitas bkk

Cologne/Duisburg, September 25, 2025 – Qvest, a global leader in media-focused services, has designed and integrated the new media technology infrastructure for novitas bkk in the construction of its new corporate headquarters in Duisburg. The company health insurance fund, which serves around 400,000 insured persons, is thus investing in a future-proof infrastructure for modern communication and collaboration. Qvest equipped the meeting and conference rooms with innovative technologies that meet the highest standards of flexibility, user-friendliness, and efficiency.
The focus of the project was the multifunctional conference area, which can be used either as a single conference center or divided into up to five separate conference rooms using mobile partition walls. The integrated media technology concept enables central control of all media technology, such as cameras, screens, and audio technology, as well as room functions such as lighting, blinds, and room temperature via touch panels with an intuitive user interface. In addition, a room booking system with digital door signs was installed. Customized programming ensures a clear operating concept that is easy to understand despite the wide range of options.
In addition, twelve meeting rooms, ten conference rooms, five customer consultation rooms, a training room, and the reception area were equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
With its “Control & Communication” service offering, Qvest provides customized audiovisual solutions that take communication, collaboration, and digital customer experiences to a new level. Its expertise encompasses state-of-the-art technologies for conference rooms, control centers, and digital signage, which can be flexibly adapted to customer requirements.
