Sending in devices for repair
You have a defective device which you would like to send back to our service department?
Please login to our service desk and fill out our RMA form to help us handle your request fast and uncomplicated.
If you already have an account, simply log in with your email and password — you’ll be automatically redirected to the RMA request form. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily register using your email address. After signing up, you’ll receive an activation email. Once your account is activated, you’ll be taken to the page where you can submit a new RMA request or track the status of your existing tickets.

Please note that submitting the RMA form does NOT guarantee that your request will be automatically approved. Our service department will review your request and contact you immediately.
Sending equipment without an online RMA request and return form will result in processing delays.
