• Complex technical demands: A diverse mix of spaces, including a divisible conference center, meeting rooms, and consulting areas – needed to be unified under one scalable system.

• Unexpected hurdles: Inaccurate electrical documentation during installation forced immediate workarounds to avoid delays.

• Intelligent room management: A Gingco-based booking system with digital door signs streamlines scheduling and the use of 22 rooms.

• Intuitive user experience: A simplified touchpanel interface enables any user to operate complex technology with confidence.
