How Qvest equipped Mainz’s Eltzer Hof for seminars, exams, and hybrid training

The State Medical Association of Rhineland-Palatinate used the renovation of Mainz’s historic Eltzer Hof to modernize its training and examination environment. The goal was to create spaces that support seminars, exams, and conferences equally – on-site and online. Qvest delivered AV systems that are intuitive and scalable: 98-inch displays in seminar rooms, mobile media trolleys for exams, and speaker tracking for hybrid conferences. Today, physicians in Mainz can learn and take exams without technical hurdles – supported by rooms that simply work.

Challenge

Eltzer Hof as a historic venue had to become a modern learning environment. Spaces had to work for seminars, exams, and conferences without the technology complicating the process. At the same time, digital participation needed to be seamless.
