Control centers for police and operational forces: Clear situational pictures in operations
In operational situations, it is not the amount of information that matters, but its immediate availability for command. Police and public safety authorities require a reliable situational picture. Control center, field forces, and data are brought together into a continuous situational picture. This enables fast, reliable decisions without information gaps.
Talk to us at GPEC about your requirements and schedule your personal meeting or a live demo.
Our topics
In the control center, information is assessed, prioritized, and translated into operational command. A secure environment provides the foundation for fast, well-considered action, even under time pressure.
Your benefits
• Secure under all conditions: Protection of your systems and data – even in critical cyber scenarios
• Central web-based media control system for maximum control: Unified management of all sources in critical situations
• Clear overview in every situation: High-resolution visualization and structured display of all relevant information
• Modular and scalable: Modernization and expansion without disruption – aligned with your infrastructure and workflows
• User-friendly: Ergonomic workstations and intuitive systems
Information is generated in the field and must be immediately available. The latest generation of the mobile operations studio is a compact, ready-to-use system in a flight case. Video content can be captured, processed, and transmitted directly at the scene. This ensures that situational information is available in the control center and operational command without delay.
Your benefits
• Rapid deployment: Short setup times independent of existing infrastructure
• Compact all-in-one system: Camera, production, and signal technology integrated into a mobile unit
• Real-time connection to command structures: Live feeds and recordings directly in the control center and operational command
• Multi-camera capture in high quality: Flexible perspectives using 4K/8K and PTZ cameras as well as gimbal stabilization
• Secure and flexible connectivity: Transmission via 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and secure radio links
Already in use by the German Bundeswehr Reservist Association for documentation, training, and exercises.
Public safety authorities work with growing volumes of video, image, and sensor data. What matters is how quickly usable information for operational command can be derived from it.
With Applied AI and modern asset management, content can be automatically analyzed and prioritized. Structured information is generated from live streams, bodycams, and CCTV feeds, making it immediately usable for situational representation. Technologies such as object and face detection, automated blurring, as well as video reframing and cropping are already in use in productive environments, including at SPIEGEL TV.
This shortens analysis times, reduces manual review effort, and makes operationally relevant information available more quickly for police situational assessment. Integration into control center, video management, and command-and-control systems ensures that information flows directly into command decisions without media disruption.
Result: faster situational pictures, more informed decisions, and greater responsiveness in operations.
Your benefits
• Acceleration of analysis and decision-making processes
• Automation of manual review and documentation efforts
• Improved situational pictures through intelligent data linking
• Ensuring compliance and data protection through AI-supported processes
• Future-ready architecture for growing data and operational requirements
