WeAreQvest: Ahmed Shanti
Since January 2026, Ahmed Shanti has been part of Qvest as Senior Sales Manager. With nearly two decades of experience in broadcast and media technology, he plays a key role in strengthening Qvest’s regional footprint and driving forward media transformation initiatives.
In this conversation, he talks about what drew him to Qvest, how he approaches costumer relationships, and what excites him about the fast-evolving MENA media landscape.
Q: Hi Ahmed, please tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m Ahmed Shanti, and I joined Qvest as Senior Sales Manager at the start of 2026.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across the broadcast and media technology sector, covering everything from traditional broadcast and IP-based systems to cloud-enabled environments and, most recently, AI-driven solutions. I’ve always been passionate about connecting technology with storytelling, and that passion continues to shape my work today.
Q: How did you discover Qvest? And how was your start?
I have known Qvest, its capabilities, and its high standards of delivery for quite a long time. When the opportunity came up to join, it just felt like a perfect fit. The onboarding experience was smooth and welcoming. Everyone was open, supportive, and eager to collaborate. It immediately confirmed that I’d made the right choice.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at Qvest?
What really stands out to me is the depth of expertise here. People don’t just know their systems inside out, they care deeply about what they do and put their heart into delivering quality. That level of ownership is inspiring. Even though I only joined recently, I already see how Qvest encourages personal growth and continuous learning. It’s motivating to be in an environment where you can evolve while contributing meaningful results.
Q: Can you tell us a bit about your team?
Collaboration is definitely one of our biggest strengths. My colleagues are always ready to jump in, share knowledge, and tackle challenges together. It’s great to see how that spirit of teamwork directly translates into project success, for both Qvest and our customers. You really feel that everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Q: What is most important to you when working with clients?
It all starts with trust and transparency. I believe in keeping communication clear, setting expectations early, and staying aligned every step of the way. Especially on complex projects. When clients see that reliability and consistency, it builds lasting relationships that benefit both sides.
Q: Looking ahead, what are your expectations and goals for 2026?
I’m passionate about helping media companies in the MENA region evolve and grow. Having worked in this industry for many years, I’ve seen firsthand how the right technology can transform the way teams create and deliver content. My focus is on building long-term partnerships based on trust and a shared vision, guiding customers through change, and helping turn their ideas into reality. For me, it’s about creating lasting impact and continuously exploring how we can push the boundaries of what’s possible in media together.
