In January 2026, Mohamad Osman rejoined Qvest as Senior Sales Manager in MENA. With extensive leadership experience in the broadcast and multimedia industry, he brings valuable insight and deep regional expertise to the team.
In this interview, he shares what inspired his return to Qvest, how he fosters strong costumer connections, and what drives his passion for innovation and collaboration in the MENA media market.
Q: Hi Mohamad, please tell us about yourself.
My name is Mohamad Osman, and I recently rejoined Qvest as Senior Sales Manager for the MENA region. I’ve spent many years working in the broadcast and multimedia industry, leading several businesses and gaining a deep understanding of how technology continues to transform media.
Q: You’ve worked at Qvest before. What convinced you to come back?
I actually started my broadcast career with Qvest, so returning feels a bit like coming home. Over the years, I’ve seen the company grow and achieve great things. That journey, together with the experience and knowledge I’ve gained since then, convinced me that Qvest is the right place to contribute my skills and make a real difference.
Q: In what ways does Qvest’s culture make a difference in your day-to-day work?
At Qvest, remote work is part of our culture. Having that flexibility helps me structure my day in a way that works best for me, while staying closely connected with colleagues and customers across the region. Even though we’re often in different places, there’s a real sense of teamwork and shared direction that keeps us all moving together.
Q: Can you tell us a bit about your team?
I’m part of the MENA sales team, where I manage specific accounts while collaborating closely with my colleagues. We constantly share ideas, tackle challenges, and support one another. That collaboration often turns into success stories with our customers, which is what makes this work so rewarding.
Q: How would you describe your approach to working with clients?
I’ve always enjoyed working closely with people and building genuine relationships with customers. Listening to their needs, understanding challenges, and helping solve complex problems is something I find very rewarding. Even when conversations get challenging, I see them as an opportunity to learn, adapt, and find solutions that move projects forward together.
Q: What are your expectations and goals for 2026?
I want to settle back into the Qvest team, strengthen our presence in the market, and help win new projects by representing the company authentically and with enthusiasm. I’m proud to represent Qvest and to share our expertise and solutions with customers across the MENA region.
